David is both a CrossFit coach and athlete and he understands the unique demands of the sport and how to troubleshoot common issues that limit performance and/or result in injury. 

At Fitness Forward Physiotherapy, David encourages active rehabilitation and he will work closely with you to find out how to best modify your movements as you work around your injury.
