PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM FITNESS
At Fitness Forward Physiotherapy I am excited to help guide our fitness athletes along their pregnancy and into postpartum.
As there are many changes that occur for female athletes during pregnancy and postpartum it is important that appropriate testing and evaluation of movement is completed. I am excited to work alongside our fitness athletes during these phases to address any pregnancy related concerns as well as provide guidance on progressions and regressions for weightlifting and gymnastics movements.
